20090711-Three Bags
At approximately 1020AM (per Paw around 1030AM), Maw answered the front door. She had to excuse herself from talking on the phone with Nati, a long time friend since 1976.
Maw reported seeing a very GOOD but old, gray-haired man, who was decently dressed in a white jacket and cream-colored pants.
He held – with both his hands and toward his left hip area – a basket (the size of a hospital container for sponge bath).
The basket contained three, small brown-colored paper bags, which held fifty-four (54) apricots. Each bag cost $1.00 each.

At first, Maw refused. He said it was okay and started to leave. But seeing how old this person appears and feeling sorry for him, she told him to come back and bought all three bags from off the guy; so he would not have to walk around from door to door.

My photos showing 54 apricots with Maw's hands in the way.
Eleven of the softer apricots were separated into a white bowl; while the rest were being dried in a metal bowl. I added more soft ones later on for eating, bringing the total to fourteen.
This is the second time a stranger has come over to share their fruits in exchange for dollars. I say these are blessings in disguise. I told Paw earlier (when I inquired about the time of this particular event) that perhaps he is not an old man. I especially emphasis to Maw that she was nice enough not to refuse offerings especially when someone pays a surprise visit.
This `visitor` came as an old man with fruits. I say he is more than an old man. But once again my messages fall on deaf ears. She continued to smile while telling her story of how nicely dressed this old man was to her. I thought to myself: `She passed her test of kindness` once again.
