Bless you…
Earlier this evening and per my most recent blog entry, I rolled $174.00 worth of coins. I asked Paw what he wanted me to do with his coins. He said that I could deposit it into my account.
I took his right hand with my right hand and placed his knuckles against my forehead as a cultural sign of respect and gratitude by younger Filipinos to their elders. He verbally blessed me and in return I blessed him with several pats on his upper back.
I left his bedroom and let him continue his late afternoon exercise in front of the dresser mirror; while I went out to deposit his coins into my zero checking account. This is one of many times Paw has allowed his blessing to make its presence available (via God, of course). It was perfect timing really.
About another half hour ago, I’ve received another blessing, which really belongs to my parents for their generosity (as per my most recent blog entry)/ The blessings really go full circle. And I don’t know any other way to explain how as Maw would put it:
God works in mysterious ways.
