Appendix

Appendix:

  1. A supplementary material at the end of a book, article, document, or other text, usually of an explanatory, statistical or bibliographic nature,
  2. A section, usually containing extra information, added, (or collected and appended) at the end of a book, document etc.
  3. Anatomy: A tubular projection (or small saclike organ) attached to the cecum of the large intestine and located on the lower right side of the abdomen. Also called vermiform (or wormlike shape) appendix (or appendage).
  4. A supplementary or accessory part of a bodily organ or structure.
