Internet Explorer is Unsafe … Still

Excerpt from external news source:

A malignant security flaw found in all versions of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer browser has yet to be fixed, and the problem is spreading. Microsoft detailed the flaw in a security update blog post six days ago. Since then, the problem has spread across the globe, hitting at least 2 million computers.

Meh! I’ve heard over the airwaves this morning that all versions of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer browsers is totally unsafe! And all this time I’ve been not only browsing news article, participating in open forum discussion, but transacting confidential and financial information, like trying to pay down my credit card debt payment, courtesy of ‘TPTB’.

As a result, I’ve downloaded the faster, safer and smarter Mozilla’s Firefox web browser with more than 15,000 improvements a few minutes ago. It is by far faster and I don’t know about it being safer and smarter yet. So far the text of my Flynn’s Blogs weblog site looks funny. It’s not the same! Waah!

Anyway, Firefox will be my new web browser until the puss-heads at Microsoft fix the problems. I don’t think I could go back to the Internet Explorer. For whatever reason, the SSL version for the administration of Flynn’s Blogs continues to show this long banner at the top of the browser. After I switched to Firefox, I no longer see that security message.

I came across an article regarding the secret agreement between the White House and a company in the United Arab Emirates and I thought I’d shared my take on the whole matter via this blog.

There should be proper security to cross-check the activities of the six major American ports. And I feel there should really be no danger or anything to fear at this point in time. Fear is a good way to gauge the comfort level of any group and thereby make improvement towards the better good. (And I know you all are better at making anything seem good).

What I do not like is any ’secrecies’ behind closed doors. There is really nothing to hide and as long as everything is laid out in plain public view there would be fewer cure in the near and long-term future for the initial ounce of preventions by disclosures.

Sure there would be lots of questions and concerns raised along the way. You know what happens when there is lots of poop made behind closed door? There has to an exit to allow the fumes to escape somehow or else be overwhelmed by the stinky smelly results.

With the ongoing globalization and interests of international investors in the United States, it would be like shooting only at us (like a recent incident that made headlines). For example, it would be a shame to have one of our body parts turn gangrene from neglect and lack of proper care.

The point is that United States should continue to connect and expand with other countries, especially the most poverty stricken ones. Soon there would be no such thing as protecting these geographic political borders from greed.

Who knows? Maybe we all could be working in foreign lands of our calling, learning new languages and culture for free and being adopted into new family unit(s). (I think I’ll type my insights on adoptions later on).

Some may choose to fight and participate. Others may choose to sit back and be spectators. As long as we think there could only be of positive progress in any endeavors, so be it. Otherwise, there is only the accountability left by each individual. Either we all take the fall together or unite in peace.
